稅改壓力大 陳沖：聽披頭四《Taxman》紓壓
行政院長陳沖21日上午第一次視察財政部，提到財稅工作吃力不討好時，他舉出「披頭四」(Beatles)60年代的歌曲《Taxman》(收稅員)爲例，比喻稅務工作從過去就很難得到外界讚美，還建議員工多聽聽來紓解壓力。
陳沖說，「如果覺得說有委屈的話，把這個披頭四的歌拿來聽一聽。」陳沖上任後第一次視察財政部，給員工勉勵的建議真的很特別，竟然要大家聽歌紓壓：「因爲我是稅務員，我是個稅務員……。」這首「披頭四」的經典歌曲《Taxman》(收稅員)是對1960年代英國課稅沉重的反諷，陳沖說其實這也代表稅務工作很難得到外界的讚美。
陳沖說，「我們必須要承認一點，做稅務的工作非常辛苦，很少有人會感謝你，但你不盡責的話，對國家來講的話，就沒有達到一個稅官應該做的事情。」用譬喻的方式談稅收工作，至於敏感的課稅項目，院長的回答和前一天財政部長劉憶如一樣，很低調。
記者問，「調徵證交稅到6%，有沒有這件事情？」陳沖說，「我從來沒有聽說過，我想股票市場其實是上上下下，昨天來講其實歐股表現還不錯。」對於股市成交量開始出現萎縮，陳沖也再次信心喊話，緊盯股市、財稅，連勉勵都用歌曲，也讓人見識到財經內閣總舵手總是妙語如珠。
