俞永福辭去阿里大文娛和高德總裁 任eWTP投資組長

本站科技訊11月15日消息,阿里剛剛做了內部人事任命,集團將成立eWTP投資工作小組,由俞永福擔任組長。俞永福同時辭去集團大文娛董事長、大文娛及高德總裁,並出任高德董事長。任命從12月1日起生效。

阿里大文娛將實行班委基礎上的輪值總裁制,班委由楊偉東、朱順炎、樊路遠(木華黎)、張宇(語嫣)、常揚(劉墉)、黎直前(宇乾)組成。第一任輪值總裁由楊偉東擔任,向CEO張勇彙報。

高德總裁由現集團首席風險官(CRO)劉振飛(振飛)兼任。朱順炎將出任移動事業羣總裁,並不再擔任阿里媽媽總裁。集團首席市場官(CMO)董本洪(張無忌)將兼任阿里媽媽總裁。

本週一,據媒體報道,因阿里大文娛的成績不夠理想,俞永福已經提交了離職信,其辭呈得到了馬雲和張勇的批准,接任的有可能是百度前高管陸復斌。對此,俞永福迴應稱,還是那句話:永福永福,永遠幸福,我不會離開。

同時阿里集團總裁Michael Evans(白求恩)不再負責海外各國大使團隊,海外大使團隊將向“五新”全球化領導小組組長趙穎(芷雪)彙報。未來Michael Evans將繼續作爲集團總裁,負責美洲、歐洲地區的公共事務工作,同時出任張勇的特別助理,負責集團海外戰略項目的跟進。

- 爲進一步推進集團全球化戰略,集團海外團隊分工做如下調整:集團總裁Michael Evans(白求恩)不再負責海外各國大使團隊,海外大使團隊將向“五新”全球化領導小組組長趙穎(芷雪)彙報。未來Michael Evans將繼續作爲集團總裁,負責美洲、歐洲地區的公共事務工作,同時出任我的特別助理,負責集團海外戰略項目的跟進。我們感謝Michael以全球化的視野和豐富經驗,在過去兩年多時間裡創建和發展海外大使團隊,爲全球化策略推進到下一個階段打下了良好基礎。期待在芷雪帶領下,阿里的全球化策略執行在未來取得豐碩的業務成果;

- 爲了全方位推動阿里巴巴集團的全球化戰略,集團將成立eWTP投資工作小組,由俞永福擔任組長。俞永福同時辭去集團大文娛董事長、大文娛及高德總裁,並出任高德董事長。今後永福主要致力於eWTP合作伙伴生態圈投資和高德戰略方向的把握。在阿里大文娛既定戰略的實施和業務整合過程中,永福以其卓越的領導力帶給了集團一個巨大的驚喜,我們有理由相信,永福將在集團eWTP全球化投資生態的建設上帶給我們另一個驚喜;

- 朱順炎將出任移動事業羣總裁,並不再擔任阿里媽媽總裁。順炎將帶領移動事業羣管理團隊探索UC等業務下一階段的創新之路;

- 集團首席市場官(CMO)董本洪(張無忌)將兼任阿里媽媽總裁。張無忌將帶領阿里媽媽團隊繼續以大數據爲驅動,推動阿里電商媒體和數字娛樂媒體的全面融合,實現我們對廣大客戶的全域營銷的承諾。

以上決定12月1日起生效。

My fellow Aliren,

Our 11.11 Global Shopping Festival was truly spectacular this year and a proud milestone for all of us. It is no secret that our triumph today is the culmination of thoughtful planning and hard work initiated long ago. Therefore, as we celebrate this new world record of RMB 168.2 billion, it is the perfect time to sow new seeds for our future growth. I am pleased to announce the following organisational upgrade and appointments, which will take effect on December 1st 2017:

Building on the strong momentum of our globalisation strategy, Group President Michael Evans will dedicate his focus on spearheading our public affairs across the Americas and Europe. He will also serve as my special advisor on strategic initiatives in international markets. The Alibaba International Business (AIB) team will henceforth report to Group Vice President and head of “Five New” Globalisation Leadership Committee Angel Zhao. I want to give special thanks to Michael for his leadership in building and guiding the AIB team over the last two years. Michael has established a robust foundation that will empower the next phase of Alibaba’s globalisation strategy, and we look forward to seeing even greater success under Angel’s direction.

Furthermore, we will establish an EWTP strategic investment working committee to be lead by Yu Yongfu. He will also serve as chairman of AutoNavi and guide its overall strategic direction. Yongfu will step away from his role as Chairman and President of the Alibaba Digital Media & Entertainment Group in order to focus on nurturing the development of partners across the EWTP ecosystem through strategic investments. His outstanding leadership in the execution of our digital media & entertainment strategy has delivered results that far exceeded our expectations. We believe Yongfu will continue to excel under his new mandate.

Moving forward, the Digital Media & Entertainment Group will be managed by committee with a rotating leader system. This new management committee will consist of the following executives: Yang Weidong, Zhu Shunyan, Fan Luyuan, Zhang Yu, Yang Chang and Li Zhiqian. Yang Weidong will serve as the first acting leader of the management committee, reporting directly to me. The Digital Media & Entertainment Group has thrived under the leadership of Yongfu and his management team, and it is now fully integrated with the broader Alibaba ecosystem. We remain firmly committed to making long-term investments that expand our network for digital content generation and digital media distribution.

Group Chief Risk Officer Liu Zhenfei will serve as President of AutoNavi in addition to his current role. Over the past few years, AutoNavi has grown in popularity among users through its continual innovation in product and technology. We believe AutoNavi will play an increasingly important role and provide unique value within the Alibaba ecosystem.

Zhu Shunyan will become President of the Mobile Internet Business Group, while Group Chief Marketing Officer Chris Tung will serve as President of Alimama in addition to his current role. We are confident that Shunyan will lead UC into a new phase of innovation, and Chris will continue to drive further synergies between our consumer media platforms and digital media & entertainment platforms to deliver new value to our customers.

At Alibaba, change is the only constant. We change in service of our future and we change in service of our customers. The changes we embrace today will open doors to new triumphs tomorrow.
