根據《韓聯社》報導，南韓聯合參謀本部16日上午在東海的民統線（民衆出入管制區域）哨站一帶發現一名身分不明人士。南韓當局表示，目前仍在調查中，調查完成後將再補充說明相關訊息。民統線爲南北韓軍事分界線以南的民間人士的出入管制線，由於位置敏感，不排除可能爲脫北者。
BREAKING: South Korea's JCS says that the military found an unidentified person near the East Sea side of the inter-Korean border on Tuesday morning. The defense ministry confirmed to @nknewsorg that the person was found on land.
