打破僵局，用英語怎麼表達

有的時候用常規的表達方式很難準確地描述想要表達的意思，不是因爲單詞本身的意思不對，也不是使用的其他修飾語不符，只是有的時候少了一些該有的味道，比如打破僵局用 break the deadlock 的話，在有些場合就顯得生硬或不自然。

常規的表達”打破僵局“是 break the deadlock，這裡的 deaklock 指的是未能達成協議或解決爭論等，例如：

European agriculture ministers failed to break the deadlock over farm subsidies.

歐洲各國農業部長在農業補貼問題上未能打破僵局。

They a compromise on sides to break the deadlock in the world trade talks.

他們呼籲各方作出讓步以打破世界貿易談判中的僵局。

其中由 deaklock 派生出的 deadlocked，意爲”陷入僵局的，僵持不下的“，例如：
