Body paragraph 1
Undeniably, the large-scale production processes within the fashion industryexacta significant environmental cost. Despite theaestheticappeal of modern fashionable clothing, the raw materials used in their manufacture deplete our valuable resources and disrupt ecological balance. To illustrate, cotton, one of the most preferred materials in clothing, is a water - intensive crop. Producing just one cotton T - shirt requires approximately more than two thousand liters of water, leading to thedearthof water resource. Additionally, the textile dyeing is highly polluting. Many dyes contain heavy metals and toxic chemicals that flow into water, thus contaminating water sources and endangeringaquaticlife. Consequently, our ocean system will bejeopardized.
