美國ITC發佈對智能穿戴設備、系統及其組件的337部分終裁

據中國貿易救濟信息網，8月6日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發佈公告稱，對特定智能穿戴設備、系統及其組件（Certain Smart Wearable Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof，調查編碼：337-TA-1398）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官於2024年7月9日作出的初裁（No.12）不予複審，即基於和解，終止對列名被告法國Circular SAS of Paris, France的調查。

2024年6月4日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發佈終裁：對本案行政法官於2024年5月3日作出的初裁（No.8）不予複審，即將列名被告Guangdong Jiu Zhi Technology Co. Ltd.更正爲Shenzhen Ninenovo Technology Limited，更正列名被告RingConn LLC.的地址。

2024年4月12日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定智能穿戴設備、系統及其組件（Certain Smart Wearable Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof）啓動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1398）。

2024年3月13日，美國Ouraring, Inc. of San Francisco, CA、芬蘭Ōura Health Oy of Oulu, Finland向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國註冊專利號11,868,178、11,868,179、10,842,429），請求美國ITC發佈有限排除令、禁止令。
